If this is going to be your first visit, you can download the new patient forms on the right. Print them and fill them out at home, so that you don't have to fill them out in the waiting room.

If you have an emergency, please call our 24 hour emergency line at (248) 400-0002 or (248) 400-1485.

Remember, if you have swelling or problems in addition to tooth pain, and cannot see a dentist soon, GET TO A HOSPITAL to avoid spreading the infection.

Our non-emergency hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - 9am to 7pm

Tuesday - 9:30am to 7:30pm

Wednesday - 9am to 6pm

Thursday - 9am to 6:30pm

Friday - 9am to 2pm

Saturday - 9am to 2pm
